777kd Terms & Conditions
Platform Rules & User Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "777kd," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the 777kd platform accessible at 777kd.bio, including all affiliated entities responsible for the provision of gaming and betting services.
• "Platform" means the 777kd website, mobile web application, and all associated services, games, and features available to registered users.
• "User," "Player," or "you" refers to any individual who accesses the 777kd Platform or holds a registered 777kd account.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the 777kd Platform, which holds account balance, transaction history, and personal information.
• "PKR" or "Rs" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which all 777kd transactions are denominated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's account that are subject to separate wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Real Funds" means deposits made by the Player using their own money via a verified payment method.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer verification process through which 777kd confirms a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.

References to any statute or statutory provision shall include all amendments or re-enactments thereof. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.

To register and maintain an account on the 777kd Platform, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• Be at least 21 years of age. 777kd enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gaming activities on the Platform.
• Be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration, including full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid payment method.
• Not be subject to self-exclusion, voluntary ban, or any other restriction imposed by 777kd or any gaming regulatory authority.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or family member of an employee of 777kd or any of its affiliated operators or software providers.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 777kd Platform. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777kd will close the additional accounts and may, at its discretion, forfeit any balances or winnings accumulated in those accounts. Players must notify 777kd immediately if they become aware of a duplicate account in their name.

777kd operates a mandatory Know Your Customer programme in compliance with its licensing obligations and anti-money laundering responsibilities. All Players are required to complete KYC verification before withdrawals are processed and at any other time 777kd reasonably requests verification.

KYC verification requires the submission of:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued identity document, such as a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (for example, a screenshot of the JazzCash or EasyPaisa account registered in the Player's name); and
• Any additional documentation that 777kd may request in order to satisfy its regulatory obligations.

Until KYC verification is complete, 777kd may place restrictions on withdrawals, bonus activation, or account features. 777kd will not process any withdrawal to a payment method that does not match the Player's verified identity.

Each Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their 777kd account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 777kd will never ask a Player to disclose their password under any circumstances.

Players must:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Log out of their 777kd account when using a shared or public device;
• Notify 777kd immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account; and
• Keep their registered contact information, including mobile number, current and accurate at all times.

777kd shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access resulting from a Player's failure to maintain reasonable account security. Any transactions completed using a Player's valid credentials prior to 777kd being notified of a security breach are the Player's responsibility.

777kd accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following verified payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The list of accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time and is displayed in the Player's account dashboard.

All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• The payment method used must be registered in the Player's own name. 777kd does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties.
• Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed within the 777kd deposit interface and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to a Player's 777kd account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 777kd is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or mobile money provider.
• Players must not use funds derived from illegal activity to fund their 777kd account. By depositing, a Player represents that their funds are from a legitimate source.

Players may request withdrawal of their verified Real Funds balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method and account from which the corresponding deposit was made. 777kd does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Player's account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method and Player verification level.
• Any active Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• 777kd reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above a specified threshold.

Standard withdrawal processing times at 777kd are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within minutes; bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically completed within one to three business hours. These timelines are targets and may be affected by the Player's financial institution.

From time to time, 777kd offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The specific multiplier, eligible games, and time limit applicable to each bonus are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Single Use Per Promotion: Each promotion is available to one account per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Minimum Odds: Where a bonus applies to sports betting, minimum qualifying odds may apply per individual selection or accumulator bet. These are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering progress expire if the wagering requirements are not completed within the stated timeframe. Expired bonuses will be removed from the Player's account without notice.
• Withdrawals During Active Bonuses: If a Player withdraws their Real Funds balance while a Bonus is active and wagering requirements are incomplete, 777kd reserves the right to remove the Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

777kd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, and to recover bonus funds or cancel winnings where a bonus has been claimed in bad faith or in breach of these terms.

All bets placed and games played on the 777kd Platform are governed by the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published separately on the Platform:

• Bets placed and confirmed are final and may not be amended or cancelled by the Player after confirmation, unless otherwise stated in the applicable sport rules.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, the 777kd system records constitute the definitive record of the transaction. Any technical error in the display of odds, outcomes, or account balances does not create an entitlement on the part of the Player if the error is clearly identifiable as a system malfunction.
• 777kd reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds or as a result of a system error, and will refund the stake to the Player's account in such circumstances.
• The minimum and maximum stake amounts for each bet type and game are as displayed within the Platform at the time of the wager.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the individual game provider. Where a game disconnection occurs during live play, 777kd follows its game provider's published disconnection policy to determine the outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777kd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets or interact with casino games;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain an unfair financial advantage;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner not consistent with good-faith recreational play;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Providing false information at any stage of the registration or KYC process;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology in order to circumvent geographic restrictions or account controls; and
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to obtain multiple bonus claims.

777kd employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment providers and relevant authorities to identify and prosecute prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in fraud will have their accounts permanently closed and winnings forfeited, in addition to any further legal remedies available to 777kd.

777kd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Players maintain control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 777kd account holders through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a mandatory cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure alerts that notify them when a specified session duration has been reached.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may suspend their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or another agreed period. During a cooling-off period, the Player cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the 777kd Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration selected (minimum six months). 777kd will remove the Player from marketing communications and promotional mailings immediately upon self-exclusion activation.

All intellectual property rights in and to the 777kd Platform — including but not limited to the 777kd brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, odds compilation methodologies, promotional materials, and textual content — are owned by or licensed to 777kd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777kd Platform solely for personal, recreational, and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any 777kd content without prior written authorisation;
• Reverse engineering or decompiling any software component of the Platform;
• Using 777kd branding or trademarks in any way that implies affiliation with or endorsement by 777kd; or
• Scraping, data mining, or otherwise extracting data from the Platform in an automated or systematic manner.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777kd's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of the Player's account balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

777kd shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity;
• Losses arising from circumstances beyond 777kd's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, telecommunications failures, power outages, or third-party service provider disruptions;
• Losses resulting from a Player's reliance on information or content published on the Platform that is subject to change without notice; or
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 777kd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

777kd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• 777kd has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process;
• 777kd is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law; or
• The Player has engaged in conduct that 777kd reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

Where an account is closed by 777kd for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified Real Funds balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds are not refundable upon account closure.

Players may close their own 777kd account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within one business day. Verified account balances are returned to the Player's payment method following identity verification.

777kd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 777kd will provide notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

A Player's continued use of the 777kd Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not agree with the revised Terms, they should cease using the Platform and contact 777kd to arrange account closure and withdrawal of their balance prior to the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777kd holds its gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 777kd:

1. Step 1 — Internal Complaint: The Player must first submit a formal complaint to the 777kd support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. 777kd will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If the Player is not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaint process, they may escalate the matter to the relevant gaming regulatory authority under whose licence 777kd operates. Details of the applicable authority are available on request from the 777kd support team.
3. Step 3 — Legal Proceedings: Formal legal proceedings remain available as a last resort. Both parties agree to use best efforts to resolve disputes through the internal and regulatory channels described above before initiating litigation.

777kd may contact registered Players via the email address or Pakistani mobile number provided at registration. Players are responsible for ensuring that their contact information is accurate and up to date. Important account communications (including KYC requests, account security alerts, and promotional terms notifications) will be sent to the Player's registered contact details.
