• Marketing (with consent): to send promotional emails, bonus notifications, and PSL season offers to players who have opted in to marketing communications.

777kd processes personal data on the following legal bases in accordance with applicable data protection law:

• Contract performance: Processing that is necessary to register your 777kd account, provide gaming and betting services, process payments, and fulfil our contractual obligations to you under the 777kd Terms & Conditions;

• KYC documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the completion of the KYC process or account closure, whichever is later.
• Support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the communication, unless related to an unresolved dispute or legal matter.
• Marketing preferences: Retained for the duration of the account relationship and updated immediately upon any change in consent status.

Marketing communications from 777kd may be sent via email, SMS to registered Pakistani mobile numbers, or in-platform notifications. 777kd does not send unsolicited communications to individuals who have not opted in.

You may unsubscribe from 777kd marketing communications at any time by:

• Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link included in any 777kd marketing email;
• Updating your communication preferences in your 777kd account settings; or
• Contacting the 777kd support team via live chat and requesting removal from marketing lists.

The 777kd Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and over. 777kd does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is enforced as part of the KYC process for all registered players.

If 777kd becomes aware that personal data belonging to an individual under the age of 21 has been collected — whether through a misrepresentation during registration or otherwise — the relevant account will be immediately closed, all funds will be returned to the verified source, and the personal data will be deleted in accordance with applicable law.

The effective date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was last reviewed. Continued use of the 777kd Platform after the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players who do not agree with the updated Policy should cease using the Platform and contact 777kd to arrange account closure.
